COMPANY STRUCTURE
Emiroc LLC was founded to combine diversified real estate investments in the Middle East while acquiring tax-free resident status for its shareholders in UAE. As a shareholder in Emiroc you will qualify for a partner visa under the Dubai investment visa regiment.
The ownership of all real estate investments belong directly to the shareholders. Emiroc will provide regular audits by a fully certified accounting firm. Annual reports of all assets and obligations held by the company will be distributed to all shareholders.

Dubai’s long-term visa schemes and go green initiatives show that this city is successfully planning to stay one of the favorite destinations worldwide. It has one of the lowest crime rates in the world. Dubai is pushing the boundaries of urban city development with each passing year. INVESTMENT CRITERIA
All investments will be made in well-researched selected areas and exclusively with developers that have a long-standing and proven completion and maintenance track record e.g. Emaar, Meraas, Meydan, or Nakheel.
Emiroc will strictly invest in accordance with the regulated real estate development industry laws governed by the Dubai Land Department DLD which protects real estate investors’ interest. DLD handles all matters related to the registration of sales and purchases of real estate in addition to approving, organizing and documenting transactions in Dubai.
INVESTMENT & FEES
AED 2.250.000.- minimum investment. Emiroc charges a 1.75% administration fee p.a. to cover all costs related to deal sourcing, buying, selling, leasing, legal fees, accounting, office, etc. incurred by Emiroc.
We believe that performance should be rewarded and have a solely performance-based fee structure that will only be applicable when we achieve pre-determined benchmarks.
